Out of the way, in a location far from their new car display at the BMW stand at the LA Auto Show, was this little beauty from a earlier BMW. This 328 was one of the first Bimmers, one of the early cars which quickly gained the company a reputation for quality concerning their automobile engines, in addition to their famed aircraft engines. The company made motorcycles (and their engines) before they made cars.
