Chevy's HHR has done well in the marketplace, even though it is so clearly an attempt to emulate (that's a nicer word than "copy") Chrysler's PT Cruiser. Shown at the LA Auto Show were a "panel truck" version of the HHR, and a 260-horsepower front-wheel drive turbocharged version called the HHR SS (standing for Super Sport, and that's the red one in the photo, of course) utilizing a 2 liter Ecotec turbo'd and intercooled four-cylinder powerplant.
