Women are, for the most part, relegated to the world of the 1950s and '60s at the SEMA Show. It's not by design, but simply out of habit. While there are many women with powerful jobs in the Detroit Three, no woman has led a car company in this or any other nation, as far as I know. Virtually ignoring more than 50% of the world's population has not been very smart on the parts of the car-makers.
